Shantel Collins is the founder and lead event coordinator of Tailored Confetti. She has 10+ years of experience in event coordination of large and small events for Corporations, Non-profits, Small Businesses and Consumers. Tailored Confetti provides a creative and streamlined approach for all event needs. Offering tailored solutions to ensure your event is one to remember. The company was founded in 2012 during her time with one of the largest consumer banks in the Midwestern United States. Although she was climbing the corporate ladder her passion was in event coordination. Shantel has spent more than 7 years being involved with the Young Professionals group as a member and a Co-Chair over a committee which she was responsible for overseeing a variety of corporate events. 

Her enthusiastic personality and creative eye allows her to bring your vision to life and set you apart from the rest. Shantel had the amazing opportunity to do a co-op in 2008 with Disney World in Orlando Florida as a Universal Vacation Planner. With customizing a vacation plan for a variety of travelers from all around the world she noticed one thing they had in common. Excitement.
